Has anyone else ever seen this E.T. black and white footage?

In '79 I was watching a TV show on UFOs. I am sceptical about stuff like this. Near the end of this program they ran a short (maybe 40 sec.) black and white movie.

It was taken at the Groom Lake base ... area 51. The footage shows a plane (like a B-52) taxing down the runway towards a hanger or something. The camera followed the plane. As the plane taxied behind a rock outcrop, the camera continued to pan to the right, to a scene (I would say less 50' away) of a jeep parked on the tarmac with military guys standing near. None had side arms!

An ET was walking across the tarmac towards them and 2 or 3 other ETs stood further back beside 2 parked saucers. The Et stopped when it reached the jeep and stood face to face with military. Footage ended shortly after. I have never seen it again ...and believe me I have looked over the years!

I also recently hear a radio interview and a film director spoken of this exact footage and said it has never aired publicly ...someone is lying!

I could not tell the ET’s skin colour as it was B&W footage, but; 6' tall, very slim with longer arms than us, slightly odd gate ...not human, no hair, no visible ears, barely a mouth and nose, dark enlarged eyes, no sign of collars, cuffs, footwear, belts, buttons, badges, looked like it wore a skin tight body suit, no side arm.
The military guys were acting as if this was a casual event. Some were just hanging at the back of the jeep talking, like nothing was going on ...this scene had happen before. And I repeat no one had any side arms or weapons of any kind.
I have been looking for this footage for years with no luck. I do have more interesting details of the radio interview I mention that I could e-mail perhaps. I have seen tons of ET and UFO footage as they get re-run on TV regularly, and none of them have been as convincing as this footage. I still get chills when I re-run this footage in my memory ...I believe it was the real thing, especially with the cover up angle to it.

The Radio Interview:

The interview centred on this footage I saw. The person being interviewed claims to be the producer or director of the UFO documentary. He said he obtain the footage after speaking to the military cameraman that claims to have taken it. They went to the military archives and they requested and were given the footage in question. The director took the film to production and was included in the documentary. The director claims that a few days later, before the documentary was aired, he was approached by 'the authorities' and warned not to air that footage ...and they took it back. He then claimed that the documentary did air ...minus the ET footage. He is lying. That footage I saw must have been the documentary he made, unless someone else copies it during that couple of days when it was away from the archives.

I say the film was fake. The idea that E.T.s are secretly visiting Earth, and have been for years, and a select few people know about it and are keeping it secret, is just not plausible.
