Whenever i try to bake muffins, they always burn! Why is this?

You have to watch them. Put timer on oven for 10 minutes.

You need to make sure the oven shelf is in the middle as heat rises.

Try turning down the heat just a bit and reducing the baking time by a few minutes.

Poke with a wooden toothpick to determine when they are done.

Remember that a slightly under baked muffin won't kill you and will firm up when it cools down!

Do you leave the house when you are baking. when you put muffin in the oven your oven may be to high or you leave them in the oven tom long,

Ovens too hot...try a lower setting...Good Luck
