I've only been to 2 different countries. Of the 2 the people of Israel were the friendliest and most helpful and where I actually felt the safest.
The only other country I've visited is England and the people there were ok but what they say about the Brits having that stiff upper lip and all is somewhat true but all in all they were friendly enough.

Netherlands and Canada have been the most friendly to me. Germany decidely the least! With Russia a close second. Iceland was very friendly but not as much "fun" as Netherlands. (No bulldog cafes in Reykjavik!)

England.
I was born and raised in England.
I found the people to be humorless and love to fight at the drop of a hat.
They can be loud, rude and obnoxious.
My own mother is a perfect example.
Most British people i know and knew have a very negative persona and outlook on life.
The government is bas ackwards and the kids tend to have very little if any discipline.
I hated that. I try to be positive and lively and have fun and the only place i found this to be acceptable is here in Texas.
I abslaoutly love it - you have a few wierdo's lol but the majority looks out for ya no matter what color or creed. This is the most friendlist place i have ever been and proud to have moved here - 6 years and counting.

Note: this may change as I visit more countries, but so far....

Friendliest - Egypt. Very approachable, hospitable people. Crime rate is low, they're very lively, they say "thank you" (shukran) and "please" (min fadlak) for just about everything

Least Friendliest - Jamaica. I found them to be very icy and abrupt. They're less poor than Egypt, but they seem 3 times as bitter

Those are the 2 friendliest and least friendliest, IMO. I didn't find the French very rude, nor did they seem friendly. Just a bit on the gruff side.

Australia was awsome! They absolutely love Americans. You have to visit sometime. They are really nice people. In Iraq they shot at me...

Went to Mexico once to see how they live and not a tourist attraction either, was not very pleasant, and then the stupid car broke down. we were lucky to get back across the border to get it fixed.
