I'm the one who is always smiling, and usually talking to the cashier, trying to bring a smile to their face. I can't help it I like talking to people, and if I can make them smile thats even better. I mean come on they have to deal with all kinds of people that are a** to them. I hardly ever complain, its gotta be something pretty bad for me to complain.

I can be nice or rude.
I'll be nice most of the time, but I don't like to make conversation. I just want to get in and get out without talking to some stranger. (As, you can tell, I'm not much of a people person, but I'm not rude right off the bat.)
If I have to be rude or assertive, I will, especially in cases where I am not given correct change (they don't know how to count money) or they forget to put something in my bag that I already paid for.)
If they do their job well, the whole thing will go over without incident.
So to answer your question, I'm a little of both (it's situational).

I'm a little bit country, a little bit rock 'n roll!
I mean that I am a combination of both types;
if a cashier or sales clerk is courteous and things go right, I am happy and I have good manners.
If the sales clerk is not cooperative or I have a problem wih the sale in general, I might get to ask to speak to a manager and might be alittle less courteous at that point.
That's the time to voice a complaint to the manager.

The one with good manners who smiles to the cashiers and employees. Because I would want the same treatment.

I'm one with good manners who smiles to the cashier and employees. I complain rarely. Only once, in fact, that I can recall.

I am usually the friendly one that has good manners. I yell bless you if someone sneezes 5 isles away. If I see someone with 2 items to my 20, I will let them go in front of me. I always smile at the cashier, and help them bag my stuff! I don't like to complain, unless there is a serious problem - like a bathroom being out of toilet paper...but I do it nicely.
peace ♥ & happiness
