With no real evidence brought for the courts yet, Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. I have some thoughts, that the TV. reports are getting one little sentense, and blowing a big story out of it, until they get some real news to report.
So everyone be careful set back and lets see where it really goes.
After being on a Jury, you need to look at the facts presented in the case only, and nothing else outside the court rooms matter!
Personally with a clear mind and not the TV junk, I can see the possiblility of a lot of this being a set up, so far. But lets waite until we hear more from those others involved in this involvment and see where it leads, in Court.

If he gets off without being put in jail it seems a small chance as of this moments media reportings, but if the case and the proofs dont stand then he will go free again.
at least 1/3 of the people guilty go free from bad jobs done by the state in court, to proove wrongful beyond a resonable doubt.

I don't know but I hope he does end up in jail because I'm sick of him. He got away the first time, but he needs to be locked up now for the rest of his life.

No - he wasn't holding a gun, they won't connect him to the gun. But most importantly, the people he's accused of stealing from have numerous criminal records. I think this case will fall apart before it ever gets to court.

I don't see how, since he didn't have a gun and only talked rough to someone who had his stuff illegally. Since when is that a crime?
