There should be no taxes charged on delivery. Please contact the manager and ask for a refund. If he refuses, tell him you will contact the Better Business Bureau. Make sure you follow through.

Call your state tax commission and ask them this question. I don't know if it's legal in RI or not. That's the only way to be sure.

I don't agree with it but, some States are now adding tax to "labor".
