Re:Tariq - Don't take NZ lightly brother. They are a fine team. Yes, you have a fine track record agaisnt them but that reord is not good on fast pitches. All the best to Pakistani brothers but i really think that New Zealander dudes will come at you strongly. Cheers!!!

India & Australia for sure, cus these two teams havent played a match together for a long time, Pakistan vs New zealand too, but it wont be much interesting, cus im sure that Pakistan is gonna win that match easily.

Remember, these the semi-finals of a World Cup. No glorious uncertainties will be deficient in both the games.
But what if these games are: Australia vs New Zealand and India vs Pakistan? I hope the excitement would have been still more.
But I would like to watch an Indo-Pak encounter in the finals.

I would say first semifinal will hold more interest than the second semifinal. Subcontinental people would love to see Pakistan VS India final.So keeping that in mind, and being Pakistan team fan, both matches will be interesting. If Pakistan wins the first semi then excitement for the second semifinal i.e. Aus Vs India will build up to tons. In other words if Pakistan wins the first semifinal, second semifinal will be watched more closely by billions to anticipate thrilling PAK--INDIA encounter in World Cup Final. yeeehhhaaa!!!

Certainly India-Australia match would be more interesting because New Zealand is not a world class side to play against Pakistan's talented young side secondly Pakistan has a very good track record against kiwis. So, I believe it will be a one sided affair. Like many others i would also love to see a Indo-Pak final.

I think India Australia coz It will be thrilling as India have beaten South Africa and kicked them Out of the tournament and so they will be very confident and if India wins the Encounter with Australia and in the other Semi Final Newzealand will win then it will be good to face New Zealand and beat them to win the cup as we have lost only one matxch tht is against NewZealand so we should win against them and get the cup so it will be that we have beaten all the teams tht have come to have a taste of our skills and unity.

edit:well thanks montitude...my 2nd fav. team INDIA..actually it was already...and when you talk about record between Pak and NZ..pak is better...it was past..last time they met at champions trophy 2006 which was held in india and NZ won by 51 runs
