Casey Kasem, Billy West and Scott Innes have all provided the voice for Shaggy over the years...only Kasem and Innes had regular radio jobs.

It was originally voiced by Casey Kasem (who's known for his "Weekly Top-40" radio show) ... he also did the voice for "Robin: the Boy Wonder" in the Super-Friends cartoon.
I'm not sure WHO they've got doing the "current" Shaggy & Scooby Doo cartoon -- but they suck HORRIBLY (just sounds like they're trying to do a bad imitation of Casey's character)
