on the cd that came with the card. If you don't have the cd you can down load the card drivers from the internet, use the model code for the card (ie: us12345wxy) writen on the card or the box and the word driver, in your favorite search engine. You should be able to get the driver free from u s robotics, (try downloads)

With most WIFI hardware you must install the software first. Then when Windows finds the hardware it will be able to install the software for it.

If it does not already have WiFi geared up in, then you definately will ought to purchase a on the spot community adapter. That expenses approximately $20+. it is going to comprise a Cd and it is elementary to place in on your computer. Now, in case you will use YOUR information superhighway connection you will choose a 'Router'. those value $forty+. yet whilst considered one of your associates already has a router set up, and has given you permission to apply their connection, you will not choose a router. in case you do settle directly to purchase a router it is going to comprise a installation cd too which you will ought to install on your computing gadget. it is somewhat extra complicated than installation the adapter. NOW, in case you do not prefer to circulate via ALL OF THIS, an easier thank you to circulate may be TO touch YOUR information superhighway provider AND ASK approximately THEIR NETWORKING programs. to illustrate; COMCAST HAS a stable kit...YOU PAY in basic terms $50, they provide you each and every thing you like and are available TO YOU abode AND deploy it occupied with YOU. AND in basic terms value YOU $2 A MONTH extra on your bill. i'm uncertain WHAT all people ELSE costs, yet you ought to look into IT. it is definitely a extra not expensive/much less annoying thank you to circulate. however the determination is often completely as much as YOU. desire this permits! ~Sarah P.S. i comprehend all of it sounds especially complicated, yet have confidence me...I did it the instruction manual way...It grow to be hard, and took some week or 2 to parent it out and that i'm especially pc savvy myself.
