You are right. Caddies are a favorite. Large Northstar V8, extreme power and acceleration extreme comfort, plush interior.

A Big Comfy Mercedes Benz would be a Good Number 2 ride. A Big 700 Series BMW, a Rolls Royce, a Jaguar, a Large Lexus, a Mazerati, a Bugatti or Bentley would complete your choices today.

Anything else would be considered an insult.

Tell your buddy that Caddies have been around since the very early part of the 20th century. I believe Caddy invented the electric starter in 1913. When my dad was young back in the days of John Dillinger, Bonnie & Cyle, Babyface Nelson and so on, he said Buicks were popular among those types.

I would go with Cadillac myself. But what do you mean by "back then". The mafia is still out there buddy and they like Cadillacs.

Whoever said Caddy's weren't around then, he is dumb. The first Cadillac was made in 1902:

Cadillacs are basically all they drive.
