You should be a hermit or join Mensa. The truth is that most people are stupid. If you don't want them around you, you have to join a club where people are only let in that have a certain degree of intellect.

Well, since the vast majority of people could be classified as stupid, I'd say you might have a really hard time staying away from them. Sorry.
In the meantime, just force a smile and walk away...just walk away.

There is nothing that says you have to be around them. If you feel as though they will just bring you down, then you should try meeting new people that may fit what you are looking for as associates. Feel free to leave anytime if you don't want to stick around those people...

Define stupid!!! I think all of us can be in the group one time or the other. I'm sure I must sound stupid to someone ... as much as I sound very intelligent to others. It's all a matter of opinion!! :)
