Talking species that are not extinct...

Harpy: females are larger, around 18lbs but have been known to top out in the low 20s, they go after mainly three dwelling species like smaller monkeys, sloths, tree based rodents
Golden: Females are larger, around 18lbs, been known to go after young caribou and mt sheep, coyotes, etc
Bald: Females are larger and can be around 20lbs, they have been known to take cats, coyote pups and even deer fawns

When push comes to shove you are mainly looking at the harpy eagle to win the prize of largest prey even taken to a nest, but bald and goldens have been known to take down larger prey in general, it is just too heavy to carry off.

If you want to see something scary check out the Haast Eagle (extinct).

The Philippine Eagle has the largest documented prey taken and carried off to it's nest . a 14 kg or 30.8 lbs Philippine deer Cervus at a nest studied by Kennedy in 1985. also on records an adult female monkey (macaques) taken and carry off in one foot in Cagayan, Luzon and attacks a large python.

Probably the Harpy Eagle - if you're talking about species that are still in existence. Otherwise there were larger (now extinct) species that could have probably hoisted larger. But Harpys are known to regularly take down sloths and monkeys.
