there are 2 ways to turn fractions into percents. 1) set up a proportion and convert to x/100 Example: 2/3= x/100 then you do 100*2=200 divided by 3. that is wat x equals or do 100 divided by 3=x and multiply x by 2 percents are normally out of 100, so this would still make the answer 66.6% 2)divide the top number by the bottom number example: 2 divided by 3= .666 if you move the decimal point to the right 2 spaces, then add a percent sign, you have the percentage 66.6%
