In my most humble of opinions, I believe that these are too many contradicting genres jumbled together. Seems like you want to create an experimental Nu Metal/Punk hybrid? Guess it could work... Aggressive riffs as in punk, just a bit thrashy, heavy double bass, guttural raps... mh. Probably won't appeal to a broad audience (music sounds kind of complicated), but you said it would be experimental.

Yeah man. I think it would be sweet. I imagine Avenged Sevenfold with a side of Too $hort and Early Beastie Boys (when they were punk back in the late 70s, early 80s)

If that is what you like, go for it. Personally, I would never buy the music because it's not my taste. Just remember, there is more to forming a band than just playing music.
