Buy out Jim Dolan. Its starts there then you go down the line and get the right people in the right spots. Isiah is a good coach and good draft picker everything else he's horrible at. The players don't get me started there I wouldnt keep anybody because you have to trade crawford and lee in order to get good players. I like curry but if he cant average 10 rebounds get him outta there.

It will take some work.
Less overpriced, underwhelming players
No Isaiah Thomas
Win a few games - uh, make that MORE than a few games
With the salaries and contracts they currently have, it will be tough. they really have no trade bait. Isaiah is a bad G.M., and if you believe the stories, a bad person as well.
Perhaps ownership that gives a damn.
By the way - I don't care for the Knicks so, as far as I'm concerned, they can keep after there sorry ways.

Isiah does suck. But the moron who hired him is the one who needs to go. Dolan runs this team like a hobby. It is a hobby. Dude never had to work a day in his life, and he gets the Garden as his play thing from daddy. NBA should force him to sell the team before he runs one of the league's original franchises, in the biggest market, even further into the ground.

Fire the general manager and the coach. Thomas keeps getting offensive players, they have to get role players who can shoot 3's and do the dirty work like rebounding and defending. You can't start 5 ball hogs at the same time. Thomas sucks he destroyed the legacy of the Knicks franchise.

I think their first obvious move is to get rid of Isiah Thomas. The dude has made one bad choice after another and it seems like he's determened to make them the laughing stock of the league. They also need to quit making deals for overpriced-overrated veterans and try and bring in some young prospects.

Actually they have a better coach and they won more games. They will be better this year with the addition of the big man zach rudolph and then you have curry. They need to release some of their players with the high contracts and sign allan huoston as a three point threat and he still can shoot the ball

they have to play team ball and actually try to win. all they do is complain and lose. they stop doing both of those things then they will be ok. they will make the 8 seed this year and gain some respect back.

Fire Isiah, get rid of all of the overpaid knuckleheads like Marbury, Randolph, etc... and the owners can sell the team while there at it too.
