Hi,
You have two problems ,
Vaginal dryness - Due to oestrogen withdrawal, the vagina becomes thinner and dry. This makes sexual intercourse painful. There may be associated itching and irritation. Regular sexual intercourse may help keep the vagina moist and toned. For dryness pl. more fore play before inserstion of penis.
For not able to conceive. If intercourse has been done in ovalution period the chances of getting more.
Ovulation is the time when the ovaries produce an egg that enters the fallopian tube. Just before ovulation, the mucous discharge from the vagina increases. In addition, there may be lower abdominal discomfort or pain for a period ranging from half an hour to 24 hours.
If one maintains a basal body temperature chart by taking a daily morning temperature, a rise in temperature by 0.5 degree centigrade around the thirteenth or fourteenth day indicates ovulation. Urine testing kits are also available which help in identifying the time of ovulation by showing a surge of a hormone which is associated with ovulation .

How old are you? You can use external lubrication. You need mentally preparedness for having sex. spend more time in foreplay. Do not do it just as a ritual. Simple Charmis cream will do. The woman can take ayurvedic tablet Shatavari 2-2-2 with milk. If the cycle is regular, the ovulation takes please between 10th and 15th days from the onset of period. Have relation every alternative days during this period. Woman should lie down on her back for 30 minutes after the act. You can keep a pillow under the buttock to prevent semen flowing out. To conceive, it is not necessary that the woman also should get orgasm.

Use lube or use kits that they sell in the drug store that help your vagina proude lubrication on its own. It's near where they have the yeast infection medicine. I've used it once, I have to admit it was very messy. It leaked all over my sweat pants after an application. If anything else, go to your doctor and explain what is going on.
Another factor maybe that you are soo focused on making a baby that your body isn't really in the mood to have sex. For women, we have to be in the game mentally and physically. So take the time, no need to rush things.

There are some hormone creams that work (Estrace, Premarin, etc). You also need to be aroused to cause your natural lubrication to flow. If your partner is sensitive to your needs, communicate your likes and dislikes and make sure you allow plenty of time for foreplay. Keep in mind a man is usually ready far in advance of the woman, so encourage him to slow down and appreciate the subtleties and beauty of pre-coitus.

Well, there's spit, several lubrication products you can pick up at the drugstore, or maybe your partner isn't taking enough time to get you properly "in the mood". The conception part of this may require you and your partner to take a trip to a fertility doctor.
