get ur self motivated much enough keep u going till u loose all those extra pounds , this is most important . cut down on all the bad food habits slowly and steadily and start with an excercise regime , try and do it the same time everyday .u can actually take up something like a sport or may be dancing or an exercise form which interests u , that way u will enjoy what ur doin and probably learn something new..............u can do it

I love this site called SparkPeople. It has a nutrition tracker, weight loss forums and articles, a fitness tracker and special "teams" to get you motivated. I've been there for about a month. Lost 10 pounds so far. I'm taking their advice, exercising more and tracking what I eat. Lots of luck to you :) Maybe I'll see you on SparkPeople!

Try to get a better opinion of yourself. Loose the "cow" logo. You are much more than just a "fat" person. You are a special,one of a kind lady,,and there is not another one like you in all the world. FAT is NOT "WHO" you ARE,,,it is only the description of a temporary problem that you HAVE right now. I like you already. Try to like yourself for WHO you ARE inside.

I'll console you....being that I'm so good at losing weight...I'm full of good advice ... of course I don't take it very much... I'll excersize with you over the phone...1, 2, 3, ah, 1, 2, 3, ah... left foot....now right foot...kick, kick, kick,....now to the right...now to the left...3, 4, ....you get the point.... You could come over and we could use my little trampoline and do Richard Simmons Sweaten to the Oldies...it will be so fun...I'll give you money to help motivate you - all you have to do is help me clean my house....it will be great....

I'm doing Curves, it works out real nice. I lost 7 1/2 inches in a month, not great, but good.

I'm already there with you, I've cut out my carbs, and I'm working out everyday. But I've lost 5 pounds so far woohoo I have 10 more to go. I do miss bread though. So good luck to you and me!!

Join a health club and eat healthy food. I did. I was an out of control eater and so far lost 30 lbs. We can do it together...

eat healthy,
exercise
and commit yourself.It wont happen overnight,but it will happen
