It never was.
Never feel guilty. This is not only your right as an American, it is your duty.
(Praise Bob, Criticizing the war is not supporting the enemy.)

The USA has a lack of understanding patriotism, diversity and equality. It Is Not unAmerican to challenge going to war but a civic duty.

The ''with us or against us montra'' , chest beating horse crap has seen better days, rational people settle differences and disputes in more civilized ways than boiling it down to 2 sides or points of view ,every single time, in every single instance.this is the first stage of fascism, by the very definition of the word, the powers that be single out all dissenting voices , and then , here it comes, declare you un patriotic, wow, who would have ever thought that every time
certain groups diagreed , that the president of all people would start throwing around the ''p'' word , this is what our country was founded on and nobody is going to tell me what to think, what to feel, what to agree to and disagree to etc.
and to answer your question , when was it ever unamerican?
and to all you that think it is ,what exactly are we fighting for, supposedly, the sales pitch that your tv keeps ramming down your throat ... our freedom.

No. It never was. People just say it's unamerican to shut you up. Don't let him. Free and public discourse is the most American thing there is.

No its un-American for all the stupid *** people who couldn't think of anything else but invading Iraq back in Sept 2001 who now are opposed to the war because they cant seem to realize how war works nor the concept of finishing something that we started even if it means sacrificing our resources to get the job done. Its the here today, forgotten tomorrow attitude and lack of perseverance that this throw away society has adopted that is more un-American than anything.

No.
It is, however, unamerican to actively support the enemy in a time of war regardless of your personal feelings towards the war effort.

it never was, but it's a little late now.
our nation was uneccessarily taken into an unwinnable war for the weakest president we have ever had strictly in order to gain political points.
our president is also our nations worst criminal.
