God - loads of times.
I have a friend who likes to get naked at parties (thankfully she's a she!).
I also have seen a couple of rather inebriated sorts streak across a cricket pitch. It's a long way across the field when your tadger is flapping around a bit.

At a picnic for kids with Autusim. I think the guy just got caught with another guy in the park restroom. The police chased him down, tackled him, in the grass, locked him in the back seat of that HOT CAR With LEATHER SEATS. He had grass stains from his chin to his knees.
At first it was scary. The kids had to miss out on the rest of the picnic.
Then it was funny.

Yes, I saw a man walking in the median of I-10 in Houston...he was holding a pillow behind his head and holding a book that looked like the bible in the other hand.

Once, one night on my way to work, on a residual street. He came from behind a hedge and trotted along the curb just within my headlight beam. I was so surprised I slowed down to get a good look. LOL

Lol yeah i was a retail merchandiser working in an Albertsons they were having a remodel and this guy striped naked and ran threw the store. He was arrested on his way out the door. the cops threw him down hand cuffed him and took him away naked

Yea, walking down a main street naked as a bird. The police had to chase him then cover him with a blanket!

i was in a night club in chicago (near humboldt park) and my friends and i were on the dancefloor and up comes this guy dancing next to us and he was completely naked except for his socks! we were laughing left the floor went into the bathroom where other girls were talking about this guy. Apparently he is a regular there!
