None. They are just irritated that Bush actually used the constitution (correctly) against them so they BS about Bush violating the constitution and hope people are dumb enough to believe their baseless crap. And they wonder why congress approval rating is 11%?
It's nice to see people people quoting lies as constitutional violations, apparently the BS worked.

They all somehow violated it. Similar to some of the high echelon in the corporate world. Politicians and some white collar pretty much have the same mentality and ego problem. It's something to with power. For example, if you have a mind power that you can move things just by using you mind power, wouldn't you think you'd be on top of the world or even think that the world will be yours eventually when you learn how to manipulate that power you have. Do you see now? Good enough, yes?

The government as a whole (yes, this includes the current Democratic House and Senate) has violated the Constitution.
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof
Faith-based initiatives are a direct violation of this
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Wiretapping, by law, is considered "a search". Warrants are required. One thing that people must remember is that if the wiretapping law stands, in 2 years we could have a Democrat weilding this power. That should scare Republicans as much as Democrats are scared by Bush weilding this power.
Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
This has been suspended by this administration for detainees (who, by law, are considered protected by both the Constitution and Geneva Conventions). No speedy trial, no assistance of counsel, etc.
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
This right, also known as States Rights, prohibits the federal government from passing laws which restrict or limit the rights of each state to pass it's own laws and adhere to its state Constitution. This has been repeatedly and grossly violated by many administrations, including this one, for over a century.
That's just the first 10. I'd go into detail on the rest, most notably Amendment XIV (due process) and Amendment XVI (income tax), if I though you actually wanted to hear them.
It's not just Bush, either. Congress, the Senate, and many past administrations all bear the blame. As do we, the American people, for letting them do it.
edit:
Ohh. thumbs down. Care to argue my points or are you just seeking vindication and validation?

There have been none. Rest assured if the Democrats could, there would be a Bush burning of biblical proportion. Sure is smart for a guy everyone calls dumb.

bush violated the constituion when he started his 'faith based initiative' which has favored christian evangelical organizations over those of other faiths.
bush violated the right to privacy when he illegally spied on millions of americans - something that he will do ANYTHING to avoid a real investigation of.
bush violated his OATH when he lied with regards to why we need to go to iraq - don't forget how he sent powell to the UN with 'proof' of wmd's which were a pure fiction.
shall i go on?

If someone is accusing someone else of violating the law, but does not specify which law, I'm not sure I would give them a whole lot of credibility.
