Just out of curiosity, did it come from the Harry Potter books? When I found out that was Ginny's full name (I thought Virginia maybe) I liked it. It's very different, but I don't think it's totally out there. Who cares if that's where it came from? My mom heard my name on a soap opera, but it's still nice and normal (Rachael). Good Luck!

If you're tired of Harry Potter references now, imagine how your daughter will feel in grade school. Still, Ginny Weasley is an admirable character and Ginevra is a striking given name.
Ginevra Grace could be nicknamed GG/Gigi
Ginevra Elizabeth would be a rather elegant choice
Ginevra Madigan would give you two unusual names

* just a suggestion, how about Genevieve (Ginny / Jenny)?
It's a beautiful and slightly more common name, which is actually the Old French version of the Italian Ginerva (unless you're Italian, that is) and also means "Woman of the people"
I like Ginerva / Genevieve Rose
