I do most of my "shopping" for Christmas on the internet. I gather all the links together in once place with each recipient's name. I make a note to myself if shipment should go direct to the recipient or come to me.

Then, on the day for "spending" I make all my purchases in less than half an hour. My bank will usually put a block on my ATM card - until I explain that I did it all.

That means that I started shopping for this Christmas right after last Christmas. I'll probably spend for Christmas sometime near the end of October or early November.

Oh - I DO visit the shopping malls and city streets to see the decorations, to hear the carols of the local choirs and watch the kids swarm all over Santa Claus. I'm never distracted by doing shopping!

No, I always save my shopping until December 1 to get me into the Christmas spirit! I do have friends who will see something and pick it up as Christmas gifts throughout the year. My mom does this - she doesn't go specifically shopping to buy Christmas gifts (generally little stocking stuffers) but if she sees something cool, she'll buy it.

no because I have little shopping to do this year. my mom is getting professional photos of my brother and I and my husband and I, my dad gets a gift card (plus the pics he gets with mom too) my brother and I dont buy for each other and my husband is getting a new guitar and amp that his mom and I are going in on together but we are waiting for a bit becuase some good deals go on closer to christmas. then we usually pick up his moms gift closer to christmas when we make the christmas plans. normally I would have started by now becuase I'm in school too so I'm tight on money, but becuase I'm going in on gifts this year it wont be so bad.

I'm not thinking of shopping for Christmas. I am thinking about worshipping Jesus Christ on Christmas Day.

I'll do all my shopping in October......beating that crazy Christmas rush!!!

I hate the traffic around that time of year. I'll be home relaxing while everyone else is fighting traffic.

Not yet, but soon! Once next month comes, my first paycheck is going towards Chrstimas presents for my family. I have a list of everything I need to buy, how much it'll cost when, and when I need to buy it. I'm ultra excited!!
