There are a lot of differences among different species of birds. If you gave a more exact comparison request this would be a little easier.
Birds differ in: Beak and Feet morphology (size, shape, function, etc.); habitat, feeding, breeding (courtship, mating, young rearing, nest building, etc.), general morphology (color, shape, size, feathers, etc.)
