Describe what Features (physical traits) you have seen that differ among birds?

Shape of the beak, body size, color, the toes, tail feather, shape of the eyes, length of contour feathers, wing span, mode of walking, flying etc.

There are a lot of differences among different species of birds. If you gave a more exact comparison request this would be a little easier.
Birds differ in: Beak and Feet morphology (size, shape, function, etc.); habitat, feeding, breeding (courtship, mating, young rearing, nest building, etc.), general morphology (color, shape, size, feathers, etc.)

I think it would help if you specified whether you were talking about birds pf the same kind, or of different kinds.
