Personally I like Camden James and Cody Jacob. But of the choices that you provided I would go with Camden Jacob and Caleb James.

I like the first set, but i would switch it around and make it Caleb James and JACOB CODY. That way, they're not too matchy (i think it would be better for one first name to match the other middle name and vice versa,so they have different initials) and offer the boys more idividuality because they are 2 separate people,afterall. Plus, i just love the names Caleb and Jacob and love how they sound together. The names are similar enough,but not too similar,so the boys can still be twins,while also being individuals. You could call them "C.J" and "J.C"

I like Nicholas and Noah the best. Not really into the name cody, I think it is cute for a kid, but not for an adult. Caleb is ok. I don't like Camden, only because it reminds me of Camden, NJ which I think is one of the nations most dangerous cities.

I have read that giving twins individual names helps them individualize themselves at a later age (like teenager). Also, it helps friends and family to tell them apart when the names aren't similar. Keeping similar middle names would be cute tho. So, my choice would be caleb, cody, or camden for one, and nicholas or noah for the other.

I think Nicholas (James) and Noah (Jacob) is really cute =D Plus I dont like the name ' Caleb ' alot so yeahh, Nicholas and Noah is good. Totally go for it.
