Squirrel for a pet

Not any more, a friend of mine used to have a baby squirrel that she raised til it was big enough to be set free.

Yes, actually. A friend of mine had a squirrel that lived in a tree in her front yard, and they began feeding it. Pretty soon, it would come right up to them and eat out of their hand. Eventually, they brought him inside, although they would let him out if he wanted. They simply called him "Squirrely." He died, but they have made friends with other squirrels since. I would be afraid to do that unless I took it to the vet and got it a rabies vaccination or something.

I already have a dog and a cat...dont need some pesky little varmit.Got plenty of those runnin around in the back yard.

no, but I did know an older lady from work that had two pet skunks!!! She'd bring them into the office on leashes!

no but rosie fatdonnel says she plays with the ones in her back yard.i got bit from one when i was trying to feed it in central park. had to get a tetnus shot.
