i can remember in the 60's (and i was born in 1960) my older sister would make these long chains out of gum wrappers,doublemint, speirmint,juicyfruit,i remember some of her friends whould hang them in their door way ,they would be dangling down. ithought it was neat and i would like to teach my daughter to do this.(i really dont know what to put this under.)

Wow! I almost forgot about them! Yes, I remember making them! The rules were we had to make them as tall as our "hopeful" boyfriend. Of course, my "boyfriend" would have to have been 20 to 30 feet tall!!! LOL (My husband is 6' even!)

They're coming back in style. I taught my kids; they taught their kids....and now the grandkids are teaching their friends.
