Mushrooms are great. I like shitakes best. They not only taste great, but they also have excellent medicinal properties, such as boosting immunity.

Of course, it depends of what kind of mushrooms you are talking about. I only eat the small and round kind that they use on pizzas.
Their texture makes them unappealing to me, especially by themselves. I do love them in chinese food (Chicken with mushrooms)
They are not my favorite food; however, they are loaded with vitamins and minerals that are good for your body.
They are low in calories, carbs, low fat, low sodium and very low in cholesterol.
