Many things can cause a late or missed period and one of them is pregnancy. You should immediately do a pregnancy test and if you are not pregnant look at whether or not there have been changes in your life or other symptoms that might impact on your period. Changes in weight, stress level, exercise are just some of the things that can impact on your cycle. If you are concerned or have pain or discomfort that is unusual for premenstruation then made an appt with your doctor
