Sorry to say, but you wouldn't be in this mess if you had been a father instead of a sperm donor. This is medicsl insurance for your own children! You should been there for your kids, and I'm guessing your exwife wouldn't have had to take you to court. Pay her the money. And try to start being a dad.

the only way you can get around paying the back copay on insurance for the kids is if it was not put in the divorce papers that you must pay it . but if it is there then you have to pay it . its just like paying child-support . good luck

I lean in the direction of agreeing with the "why are you having infants you won't be in a position to have the money for". yet to respond to your question, the only way you would be waiting to get something out of him is that if the toddler help become carried out in the time of the state toddler help software. then you certainly might have the evidence you will possibly be able to desire to pass after him. there is not any statute. If toddler help is owed and the owing discern is on SSI they are going to take it out of his/her SSI. . yet why not examine into getting the toddler SSI reward? If the father is on incapacity then the toddler might have rights to SSI money because of the fact dad can not paintings. i might look into that earlier going after your father.///// i did not propose something destructive with the aid of that. Thats in basic terms the way it got here out... Sorry :)

There is no limitation on court judgments, unless you file bankruptcy and some states put this particular item under "Child Support" which you cannot file bankruptcy on, ever.
