i hate being sick...and am being a big baby today..

I like to just curl up and do nothing more that watch tv or read a book ... Sometimes its nice to have my boyfreind to cuddle up with although when Im really sick I prefer to be left alone

I'm sick at work now because i cant afford to miss anymore work (had to go to GA for a funeral and missed 2 days already this week) but i cant be a baby cause no one will take care of me but when my husband is sick he is the biggest baby i know

If I am really, really sick then I do act like a baby...so I just bundle up in my bed, get all the movies in line, make sure I have everything I need by my bedside & I usually end up sleeping through most of the movies due to cold meds & hot toddy's :-)

dinny had it right mom do not get sick...
but once or twice a year if by chance i do, then i have the hubby get the kids away from me. go to my room and lock the door... i am off duty, and the only reason they can come near me is if they are making sure i have enough medecine and a blanket or juice....

Usually when I am sick, I still act normal, cause I have kids, so I still have to do stuff. But, I have strep throat right now, and my husband is doing everything!! YAY!!

Sullen, moody, grumpy, tired and listless. It's even the same way in my dreams, when I'm trying to sleep while being sick.

First off I look miserable and all I want to do is stay in bed and be loved and pampered by everybody else who isn't sick. :) I guess that's being selfish but we deserve it.

I'm a HUGE baby. I drive 20 minutes to my mom's house and have her cook soup and make jello for me. But I feel so much better when I do it that way!

Pretty much the same as usual, but just in slow-motion. I have 3 kids. I don't have the luxury of taking to my bed until I feel better - but if you can....enjoy it!
