He needs to get professional help. Seek out different types of rehabs or maybe even a support group that he could attend.

If a person doesn't wants to help themselves, there is nothing that anyone in the world can do for them. The person has to have an awakening and want make changes in their life before anything can do done for them. Yes, it is very hard to stand by and watch as a person self destruct but sometime hard is the the best love.

Think of people who are worse off than you such as people without faces, or babies born with two heads or joined at the brain. Nature does this so don't blame God. God is the One who helps us through it all if we trust him. Nature was cursed by sin and the entire universe is affected by sin. Be glad he spared your life during the seizures and thank him for what is right and thank him for grace to endure what is wrong. Your own attitude is the hell you are in, so get over it and find something to do that will glorify God. Shadrach Meshach and Abednego said that even if God did NOT deliver them from the fiery furnace, they would still not bow to the idol. Follow the Bible instructions instead of your own thinking. God delivered them as we know.

You need to talk to him about going into Rehab befor he winds up hurting himself or someone else. If you really care about this person you should not be letting him do this. I know there is really nothing you can do but maybe talk to him about rehab, you can call the police, something. At least you are not sitting around watching him hurt himself and everyone else around him.
Maybe try calling that intervention show, they may help!
good luck!

Stand by him, he will need your support if he is going to get through this. You may be his only reason for living. Don't give up on him. Encourage him, praise the little steps.
