Well, i'm neither Democrat nor Conservative (in US terms) since i'm from a different country, but i'd be happy to hug one.
Trouble is since Britain is leaving Iraq i'd probably be shot as a "european surrender monkey". Ho hum.

Absolutely, we are all Americans. But you don't hear many Democrats calling Republicans "anti-Amercan" anfd "traitors".
