but they seem fine once you get them buckled up. Everything else is fine and it's been a great car but now I worry about the seatbelts if I get into a wreck. Anyone know?

Honda has a lifetime warranty on seat belts, so if the seat belts retractors are not retracting because of a defect in the retractors then Honda will replace them free of charge. The warranty does not cover seat belts that won't retract because the belt is worn or frayed or if the problem is caused by an accumulation of gunk on the belts.
I would highly recommend you get the problem attended to ASAP. Because the belts feel like they're working right when buckled doesn't mean that they will do their job in a collision.
The only thing you can do to confirm that the problem is not due to 'gunk' is to clean the belt with a good carpet or fabric cleaner. Just pull the belt out as far as it will go and then apply the fabric or carpet cleaner as directed. Give it time to work and then wipe it off. If the problem is because of the natural accumulation of dirt and grime then the cleaning fluid will cure the 'no-retract' problem. If it doesn't then the problem is with the retractor and you'll be best advised at that point to take it to a Honda dealer for a free replacement.
In all cases Honda dealers will have to order the seat belt. because of the wide varitey of colors and models no dealer stocks them. If the seat belt is required you will have to take the car to the dealer for them to get the information off of the car to order the right part and then return again when it comes in for the installation.

The seat belts are something that are easy to replace. They may even still be under warrenty. But it sounds like the winding spring is getting old.
