Terror" going?

So why Blame the Democrats if they can not end it when Bush promises to veto every bill to bring the troops home as quickly as possible and the corrupt Republicans join Bush in his efforts?

The war in Iraq has never been a war against terror. Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 or Oklahoma just in case Bush thinks that too. The Iraq war is creating hatred for the US in all of the Middle East, in other countries and at home. Hatred breeds terror. Bush is creating terrorists and terrorist ideals which will likely infect our whole world for decades to come.

Steve -- Explain to me just how Bush is preventing terrorist attacks on the US.

Rich M -- The Democrats are not in a position to not allow more money for our troops. They don't get money, I guess they die. What we are talking here is Bush's lack of forethought and planning and ignorance of the needs of America.

ddey65 -- According to the Bush administration FBI, CIA, M5 and probably others there was NO evidence of al Queda in Iraq previous to the US invasion. Nor was there any evidence of WMD (weapons of mass destruction) leading up to the invasion. Saddam was a past puppet of The US and this includes the time Saddam invaded Iran with American advisers on the ground used US satellite recognizance. Saddam use gas on the Kurds in the north and against Iranian troops. The US HAD to know this was happening. They were using satellites to provide 24 hour surveillance.

G.W. and the Repulicans are keeping you and me and the rest of the country safe from attacks similar to 9/11 that the Clinton and the Democrats caused.

To President Bush:
You are doing the right thing. Stay the course and keep vetoing every single bill the cowardly disgusting Democrats keep bringing you.

Rick V:
You wanna know how the Bush Administration is preventing terrorist attacks? Hmmmm let's see, have we been attacked since 9/11? There's you're proof.

Greetings. it is a matter of honor. Bush can veto any damned thing he wants. that does not mean that the democrats have to cast their votes for him for whatever he wants. if the democrats do not vote to give him more money to continue the war, the war will end. Congress holds the purse strings and democrats automatically dig into the treasury and give him anything he wants. all the while crying they are powerless. they do not need any republicans to vote with them on this to make it fact. think for a moment. would you ask a criminal to be the judge in his own trial? if you did would you be amazed when he found himself innocent? that is what is happening to the criminal administration now. democrats are lying down and moaning that they can't do anything, and proving it by not doing anything other then fully backing the criminal administration in all that it does. they are simply enablers and therefore guilty as the ones doing the illegal war. one who aids and abets a criminal act is as guilty as the person actually committing it.

No, it's the TERRORISTS who are keeping it going, and the Republicans(most of them anyway) who want to do everything they can to defeat ALL of them, not just Al-Qaida. The Democrats want to pretend that Saddam had nothing to do with terrorism, just so they can defeat the Republicans. They want to pretend that Al-Qaida only exists in Afghanistan, when in fact they were all over the world long before Bush ran for Governor of Texas, let alone President. The democrats pretend our presence in Iraq is bringing terrorism there, when in fact the Iraqi people are the ones getting killed by them more than anyone else.

Because the majority of people are not educated enough to realize that the Democrats cannot stop the war without the help of Republicans. Either that or they don't care how the govt works and just find it convenient to blame the Democrats.

Please see the chart below. It regards deficits. Please note the deficit since Obama took office and his projections into the future. This does not include projections about the cost of the war because by not establishing an exit strategy or definition of victory, Obama can stretch those costs out as far as he wishes to make them look smaller in each budget. *

Tell you want if the democrats are willing to accept the responsibility for the genocide an all terrorist attacks coming from camps in Iraq. They are willing to pay the damages to the victims of the genocide and terrorist attacks out of their own pocket.

I will gladly step aside.

I was just wondering what are you going to tell the vicitm's famlies when it starts are you going to go to their ground zero and say it was our idea to pull out?

Because that is all the republicans have. Their policies have proven to be a failure so they blame Congress (dems) for not having a plan. They also want to shift the focus on the "General Betray Us" ad away from the failures in Iraq and the "surge".

Bush is just running out the clock, everyone knows he just wants his mistake passed onto the next President.

Because that is all they know to do. They blame the Dems for anything that tweaks their mustaches, even if it is their own leader doing it! I wish I could understand what makes them tick, but I am too logical for that!
