I would let it slip about the 80's silky pants suit and gold chain. And you could also tell or let slip to said "club" about the hot 80's hair she still sports around. Wow, I really hope your not talking about me now. *checks out hair in mirror*

OMG! My Uncle had a purple suit (back in the 70's) and he wore it to ALL special occasions, including funerals lol! I was shocked when my grandmother died in '86 and my Uncle rocked up to her funeral wearing, yes you guessed it, that SAME purple suit lmao!!
Anyway, sorry about that...I got a little carried away on that purple pants suit thing haha! Umm yeah....I'd be okay with that situation because I know deep down, I'm loved anyway.

As one of these sexy people I have to say that the main reason for her success is that she puts out. Night after night in fact. Silky pants are just the icing on the cake - I will be requesting these next time.

I think it's called the "new sibling" syndrome. like, when the family has a second baby, the first child doesn't get treated in that special way he used to, cuz the parents focus all their attention on the new baby, but they really do care about both of them.
If I were you i'd try to use your newly introduced friend to help you appeal to these people. use your friend to bring a new and sexy spin to your group. they'll like you both even more.
but really, you only have to worry if they stop calling you or inviting you out and only invite her. In that case they must've used you to get to her, and in that case, they're jerks.

I can sympathise with you!! The primary expectation I have of my friends is that they be slower, dumber, dowdier, uglier, fatter, clumsier and generally less appealing than me!
I suggest you sue her!! and next time get prospective friends to sign a pre-nup before entering into such a hazardous relationship. It's worked for me - I no longer have problems with friends.
