You can go to the Family Record Centre at 1 Myddleton Street, London EC1R 1UW and fill out a form with the your details and the details of your parents (you don't need to know everything).

Hand the form in and for either £7.00 you wait approximately 1 week to collect it or for it to be delivered or for I think £21 you can collect it on the next day (after 11am).

Alternatively you can order on-line by going to:

gro.gov.uk/gro/content/ certificates/

(p.s. there is no space before 'certificates/')

Find out where the Births, marriages and deaths registry for your local council is. They can give you a copy of the certificate. It's about £5 for a brief one and £10 for a full one

Go to the local registry office in the town you were born...take some ID...get a copy...you can have a full or abbreviated one...one costs more than the other....it will say copy of entry in register of births on it.

I assume that you are in the US.

You need to contact the state.

PA has a Division of Vital Records. That is where I get my birth certificate.

Should be able to get information at your state's web site. Or you can call them.
