I have a fleet of four vans and want to manage my budget any ideas?

Find out the best rate fuel provider and get an account with them or ,
Depending on how many your 'fleet' is , get your own tank & pump and have the wholesale truck deliver to your location .
And keep up on preventative maitenance ,
It is cheaper in the long run .
Also : If these are for package / cargo deliveries ,
Make one run / loop around your territory per day .
Do NOT be making zig - zag runs all over .
Strategically plan your runs to minimize mileage .
Of course , if these are like airport shuttle vans ,
You will not have that luxury .
