First off you are making broad generalizations!
1) The casualties of this war should not haven taken place we went to war on a lie. The President is sacrificing the lives of our brave countrymen so he and his cronies can get richer, that makes me sick. I am not against the death penalty, and I would say that a good bit of democrats are not against it either. I personally am against abortion, but I will not begin to tell someone else what they can do with their own body.
2) Why would they denounce an add that they believe in?? If they feel that he is lying why would they be against it. They support the troops by trying to give them a pay raise, and trying to extend their time at home, oopps that was blocked by the republicans. Who really supports the troops??
3) I do not want Mahmoud Ahmadinejad anywhere near a college campus, or in the USA as a matter of fact. The only reason that it would be ok for him to be here is if he where assassinated while he was here.
4) Perhaps you are not listening to what the Dems are saying about the war on terror. They want to hunt down the man responsible for this. That would be OBL, someone the GWB has said is no longer of importance to the USA. The Dems want to go after and kill him. They want to focus the military on the person who is actually responsible for 9/11…novel idea isn't it??
5) and Finally. I think Dems will admit that they won the elections because of the mismanaged war. Show me one who says other wise. On the flip side, the republicans lost the elections because all they could focus on was the war. Lets get the fact straight here. Do you really think the republicans would run on the fact that they are wasting our money, and letting China buy our country from us??
Things are not always black and white, I know that republicans like to think like this, but sometimes you need to bend a little.

Because Libs don't make any sense thats why. They double talk trying to make everyone happy.
Let me use an example:
Do you remember when you were in middle school? There was always that one kid that pretended to be friends with everyone but just bashed them when they weren't around. Then the kid that was insulted would confront the "friendly kid" and the response would usually be something like: "I didn't say that, that other kid is just making things up you know we are good friends and I would never do anything like that"
Later on that same "friendly kid" would then start rumors about the kid that warned ths kid that was insulted and just make outlandish statements about his character and whatnot. In the end the "friendly kid" would usually end up with no friends, or getting his a** kiced and sometimes both.
The reason the Libs do all these things is because much like kids in middle school they think that the world revolves around them. They don't care what they do who they step on and how many lies they have to tell so long as they get what they want. Which usually entails: more power, re-election, and placing rules on everyone else except themselves.
Just watch this election and you will all see that Mrs. Clintion will get the Dems nomination, and there will be some scandals and she will start hanging people out to dry. She will also lose the election by the largest margin anyone has ever lost in the history of the US. Why? Most women hate her and the only ones that do are dikes, tree huggers, and hippies. The dems have set themselves up for failure and the poeple are tired of these socialist ideas. So don't be so fed up they will hang themselves.
By the way don't you think that it is ironic that unemployment is at an all time low and the news never makes any mention of that. The Dow is at an all time high and if it drops over 20 points thing are really bad even though it monthly average is higher that it has ever been. That inerest rates dropped to the levels they were at in 2004 when the housing boom took off but somehow it is still bad news. That the housing market is only grim for people that would require a sub-prime loan. That most of the home forclosures are for poeple with ARM loans and that the reason they got an ARM loan is beause they were not able to afford a fixed rate loan with a higher payment.

1. Abortion and war are separate issues, you cannot muddy them into one. Safe, legal and rare is the opinion of most of the progressives I know.
2. The "why don't you denounce. . ." argument is stupid. Why didn't the president denounce the OJ Simpson robbery? Does the president back sports memorabilia robbery? See how stupid that train of thought is? Ever heard of Swift Boat Veterans for Truth? Where was the denouncing there?
3. The Minutemen are racist terrorists, not just sponsors. We have a border patrol, thank you. If I went around beating up white people because I don't think there's enough police on the streets, could I speak at a University? As for Ahmadinejad, why not learn what he is thinking from his own mouth? We might have to deal with him soon, doesn't it make sense to know where he's coming from?
4. Terrorism is a policing issue, not a war issue. You can't kill an idea. Terrorism has been utilized by white Americans, Christians, every kind of religion, color and creed. The way to stop these crimes is to hunt down and kill or capture the perpetrators. The Clinton administration took care of the WTC garage bombers on his watch and Tim McVeigh through those means, not by attacking a completely unrelated country.
5. Leveling the playing field isn't socialism. I work my butt off for what I've got. I don't want any of your crap. I am, however, sick of my tax money funding neverending wars and corporate welfare, er subsidies. Why can't everybody have the same shot at success based on their ability and work ethic? Is that socialism?
Turn the radio off, look outside and WAKE THE HELL UP.

1.
This war is based on lies without any legality at all. Our troops are dying mending a civil war that started hundreds of years ago, why ?? Please dont tell me this is a war on terror,
On the issue of the death penalty, Im up for the death penalty but I dont speak for all liberals. This is a different issue than the war. Our troops did not commit any crimes, they were following orders to ship out and dying for nothing whereas the other committed a crime, see the difference?
Abortion is a right but that doesnt mean you have to do it,
Owning a gun is a right but that doesnt mean you have to buy it.
How can u say owning guns is okay but abortion is not? They are both instruments of death.
2.
why did the Republicans block the amendment to denounce the swift boats attack and the attack on max cleland? hypocrite? You mean by supporting the troops is blocking their payraise and longer rest time between tours like what the republican do?
I agree the ad is a bit extreme, but I believe the General is not telling the whole truth about the situation in Iraq, aka reading a white house rosey script
3. I dont agree with both the minutemen and Mahmoud coming to columbia coming to speak at the university.
4. i dont know, but one thing I know our invasion and occupation in Iraq just made it even worse in all fronts; financially, terrorist breeding ground, etc.
5. Yes I admit the Dems won the congress because of the unpopular war.
Do you Admit that our Commander in chief and the republicans Fcked up the war?

This has already exceeded off two times! the 1st time all of us jumped in and kicked tail. That replaced into while Japan hit Pearl Harbor. The final time replaced into while the twin Towers fell. We have been all waiting to leap in as we did in 1941 and kick tail back, and then a collection of lilly livered libs began crying approximately how the conflict replaced into going and we've been dropping too many, and now they cry because of the fact some rag heads are dying. i'm an self sustaining yet This time i'm vote casting many times Republican, because of the fact i decide to work out the U.S. stay loose. If the conflict does come back over i'm waiting. My weapons are loaded and sighted in, my knives are sharp and as a former U.S. Marine i'm primed and arranged. SEMPER FI!

Your questions are legit. I try to answer them in a reasonable way.
1. Because they are wary of state-ordered killing. If the government ordered women to have abortions, liberals would go nuts.
2. Because they think the general is insulting and disrespecting the toops. By the way several of the candidates denounced the add (except for Hillary and Obama who had slightly different takes).
3. Because the border can never be completely safe and we need to find out about how our enemies think in order to understand and/or defeat them instead of just killing them and making new enemies.
4. No good answer.

I don't have a political affiliation. I'm a libertarian but not politically affiliated. But I think I can answer to some of your misconceptions.
1. Nobody is happy to abort unborn children. Nobody is asking to enforce that. The fact is that it's an option for mothers who doesn't want to have a baby and, somehow, ended up pregnant. It's their choice, not yours, not mine. If you're a christian I suggest you to go back to your bible and read Matthew (I think...). Look for a passage where Jesus clearly says that you shouldn't look at other people's sins, you're responsible for your own. And that he won't look with good eyes to those who go to him with gossip about other people's sins. In case you're not, you should think about the practical side of the matter. Those children are going to fall in the hands of a mother who doesn't want them, they're going to be abandoned to wander around and tend for themselves. Nobody is going to be responsible for them and all the damage they may cause is going to be paid by the society as a whole. Their "social contention" is going to be paid by society as a whole. Their "social problems" are going to be paid by society as a whole. And by that I mean the working people, the real workers, those who produce goods and services that the market wants. Not those who work in cozy government jobs or don't work at all. If you want those babies, go and get them, make your offer to the mother and take responsibility for them. I'm fine with that. But asking the government to enforce your pathetic agenda on everyone is disgusting.
2. Grow a thicker skin. We all suffer insults and disrespects all day every day. I don't know what is the issue about but I can't stand people complaining about what others say. It's just words and it's a right protected by the Constitution. Why don't you ask that removed from the Bill of rights? If you don't agree with what others say, state your point and be open to debate it if you want. This is just whining and it doesn't help.
3. Again, a topic I don't know enough to answer in detail. At first sight, I wouldn't want either. But going back to the basis, if you don't like that guy don't endorse it, don't go to his conference, don't listen to him. Free speech is there to protect unpopular speech, popular speech needs no protection. If you're right, he wouldn't have been invited but obviously someone wants to listen to him.
4. A is always saying that B is wrong. You must be very young or you would have that figured out already. In my opinion, there are no ideas to combat islamic terrorist. Just get the heck out of the middle east (and the rest of the world) and focus on your own problems. Last year almost a million US citizens died as a consequence of violent crime, just to mention one issue that's a lot more dangerous that all the islamic terrorist together. Road accidents cause ten times more deaths than terrorism.
5. Totally agree. The dems don't have another plan other than more socialism. And so the reps and the libs. They're all socialists. Just because they point fingers at each other it doesn't mean that they are in different sides of the political map. If you want an alternative, take a look at Ron Paul. He's a libertarian who believes in principles, responsibility and, most of all, is someone who knows and respects the Constitution.

Well as a fed-up American Liberal who is equally tired of Conservative American tripe, let me just respond as best I can to your assertions.
#1 -- The war in Iraq is wrong and has been from day 1. No American should be killed or maimed for a war that should never have been started. Conservatives used to be pragmatic folks who understood that you don't just rush into wars that ultimately harm American interests. The old Conservatives would have left Saddam in power, because he kept stability in the region. Spreading Freedom is what Liberals whine about...not real Conservatives.
#1 -- Death penalty -- I agree that it needs to be used and done so expeditiously.
#1 -- Abortion -- keep playing to your base. Liberals aren't supporting Abortion...we are just conflicted on how best to protect individual rights...again this is the USA where individual rights are protected and the government in general isn't allowed to dictate every aspect of our reproductive choices. Abortion is an awful thing, but conservatives need to stop standing in the way of sex education and contraception, because you believe all people should act according to your moral beliefs. Not all sex should or needs to be reproductive.
#2 -- Why does anyone have to denounce the Moveon.org ads. They are entitled to say whatever they want. Get over it and remember that you live in the United States and not Iran, where Free Speech is not allowed.
#3 -- I support the minutemen 100%. Iranian whackjobs should be pushing up daisies....and you thought we wouldn't have any common ground.
#4 The Bush Administration is going the wrong way with regard to Terrorism because it supports the Military Industrial Complex (aka jobs for a ton of Americans). Terrorism can and should be fought differently. And we were in Iraq before 9/11. We maintained two substanial no fly zones over that nation and bombed them as necessary. We never needed boots on the ground in Iraq and still don't.
Keep in mind that there are a lot of folks on the other side of the fence who share your frustrations with the other side.

I assume you mean you're a US Conservative( or Fundamentalist whatever suits you).
1. You assume that only Dems support abolition of the death penalty and are for abortion. Not possible for any other ideology to take these stances? Provide sources.
2. Free Speech. Provide sources contradicting the ad.
3. I can't even approach this one because you don't provide any sources regarding the issue.
4. Illegally invading a sovereign nation that had nothing to do with any terrorist attacks on the US is the way to fight a war on terror?

1) Why do republicans care so much about the unborn when they obviously don't care about the individual AFTER he is born? Death penalty, unjust war with thousands killed, how about yesterday's speech about the state supported child's health insurance? Please....
2) There you go again! Not supporting the war does NOT mean not supporting the troops. Haven't we, at least, gotten beyond this!
3) Remember Nixon going to China? How about George H.W. Bush and Colonel Kadafy? Both of these "reaches" in retrospect proved to be the right thing to do.
4) ???? You will hear all about our plan in January 2009!
