If you don't like it you don't have to read about it. How's that?

Yankee fans don't whine. They are too belligerent. Red Sox fans come from a long line of angst. We can make any noises we want.
Who do you cheer for? When was the last time you went to a game? Look at teams like the Padres, first in the NL Wild Card race and their stadium is only 3/4 full for a key series with the Pirates. Red Sox and Yankee fans show up in the rain in April even for games with the Royals or Devil Rays.

I'm so sick of hearing about both teams. ESPN acts like baseball consists of 3 teams 1) Yankees, 2) Red Sox, and 3) everyone else. And their fans are arrogant, loud, obnoxious, and insufferable. All the media coverage makes them think the world revolves around those two teams. I though yankee fans were bad but red sox fans are just as insufferable now that they won. With a $145,000,000 payroll they still whine that the yankees are trying to buy championships.

and the new york media specifically may be the worst thing to ever grace the universe. it's not enough for somebody to play great, they have to 'look' like a yankee, be a 'real' new yorker whatever that means. all that whining about A-rod but oh... NOOOOW they love him because he's having a good year. but for their media nothings good enough, they're the kings of character assassination.

I dont know why? Maybe it has to do with what is going on in baseball, if the red sox fans dominate the section and the Yankee fans are here to laugh at them, then why shouldn't they continue to comunicate through questions?

I might be asking the same question if there were a ton of Marlins fans arguing with Colorado fans.

because some of our teams was out of it 2 weeks into the season, and these fans think there teams have it bad. I am a ranger fan we never go to the playoffs, yankees and red sox go almost every year.

More power to Yankees, Red Sox, and all other fans willing to step up and support their team. However, I do understand where you are coming from, there are always those fans that get a little carried away with their enthusiasm, and I will just leave it at that.

You should be tarred & feathered for not putting a capital R and a capital S on Red Sox in your question. And to answer your question.....because they are the only two teams in baseball with as many fans, therefore there is much more talk about them, and when they lose there is much more complaining. But if your tied of it then STOP reading all the complaints. I am a Red Sox fan so I like reading everything about them good and bad but I don't have any interest in the Baltimore Orioles so I don't ever read their complainers and I'm guessing there is tons of them. Good Luck !!

I honestly don't mind listening to Red Sox fans complaining(since they don't win the World Series that often.) However, I don't give a rats a** about the Yankees. I personally can't wait till the time finally comes when they lose every single game. It may not ever happen, but I can still hope for it.

They get all the media attention. Turn the channel, close the webpage, or turn the dial on the radio.

You don't have to do anything you don't want to...is someone holding a gun to your head forcing you to read the posts? If you don't like the posts...ignore them.
