I find actually communicating is usually a good start. Talking you know. I mean if you don't express your feelings, lots of people can take certain situations the wrong way. So talking definately. Usually works for me.

Best way? I could suggest not to over think and not have a panic attack (lol). Then you could really think clear of what solutions that could best solve you problem. Or ask for help.

Being resourceful. Seeking solutions beyond your own head. Ie; asking others, searching the internet, etc.

Working it out by brain storming or thinking out loud. Usually talking to my wife or my mom helps to.
