Why does UK not forcibly repatriate social undesirable?

Question

In many countries- if non-citizen behave in manner detrimental to majority natives- they will be expelled without hesitation.

I give example:
In 1970- thousands of 'refuge' run from Communist victors in Vietnam to Indonesia. They expect home and land. We refuse- it is our land. So we put in former Japanese WW2 camp.
We want them uncomfortable so will leave soon- we have no intention of importation of colloborator or criminals like these.
Most run away to Australia or US- some thousands stay.
We disallow and forcibly repatriate all to Hanoi.

Our view is they are not our people- their welfare is not our responsibility- we have enough problems already.

So- why does UK feel all ethnics are its' to protect- most especially when native's of UK welfare is effectively dismissed or secondary to these foreign fugitive criminals?

I have been to UK many times- you can not tell me this not the reality your natives face.

Why you allow illegals to stay and not force them home?

In austalia it would be wonderful to repatriate all those undesirable anglo-saxon cue jumpers, who over stay their visa's.

the former british empire worked bloody hard to hang onto its former colonies across the world, did its best to destabilise the arab nations and didn't think twice about it.

the former colonies are now getting its own back by moving to the uk, I still hear that the best curry outside of india can be bought in england.

An excellent question, and the answer is simple:

The UK is overflowing with spineless do gooders who would happily smile and say thank you to a mugger as they are robbed of their valuables, their pride and their life.

They are the nincompoops who really believe that 'hooded little chav Tommy', who has just beaten the hell out of his own grandmother for a bag of chips, can actually be rehabilitated and become an upstanding member of society.

This Country [once Great Britain] is run by even more spineless individuals, who rig the voting system at General Election time so that they can get into power and do even more no good than the last ones.

The one thing that these jelly-like cretins are good at is manipulating the sheep-that-make-up-the-bulk-of the British public into voting for or believing in them.

It isn't even possible to hold on to the thought that our forefathers are now turning in their graves because of the pathetic way the country is now in, because they are the ones who caused it.

Nogood Brown and Useless Blair, along with Pointless Cameron and all his pals, will quite cheerfully hold open the immigration gates to this [once wonderful] land of ours, and allow every no good for nothing cut-throat benefit-seeking waster from all corners of the globe to enter unchallenged, until eventually our beautiful island will sink into the sea without a trace, a la Atlantis.

What's the solution? I agree to an extent. The area I live in was once 99% council houses, but since Thatch' let people buy them, the area has a balance more like 25% social housing. That's great for me here. My council flat is in an area that looks after itself fairly well. However, what that means for people is that it's hard to get a place here. You're pushed towards other less desirable areas that are on the edge of the town with little going for them, bar the neglect of the authorities. There is a definite stigma attached to living in the less desirable social housing. I think the answer is in trying to bring back social events that bind communities together. Street parties, festivals and such like. Also I think that a percentage of new build estates should be social housing and those houses should be evenly dispersed throughout those new build plots. There should also be an attempt to encourage local businesses and shops in these areas. If there's nothing there, people are bound to get frustrated and depressed about their situation.

Problem is a lot of them get sent home if they return within days using another name/Other ID etc.

But you know it's the same everywhere. It's sad too because some non nationals in Britain are real refugees. They are in Britain legally and do not commit crimes or what not, just get on with their daily lives as best as they can, while enjoying the freedom. Trouble is we hear so much more of the other lot ... It makes it difficult for us all.

And if you think the UK's bad. Last census in Ireland is so badly flawed ... It seems now that there is about 1 million more inhabitants there (Smaller country) than there should be and as for finding them! Impossible! LOL

So really it's the same everywhere.

Humanitarian consideration prevents deporting.Human rights organisations will pounce on the Govt.This is happening everywhere.Bangladesh refugees,Tibetan Refugees,Sri Lankn refugees continue to stay in India since 1970.Even their home states are now peaceful refugees does not want to go.Vietnam refugees and Koreans are available through out the world.The Govt is lenient to them.

I suppose because most come from previous British commonwealth countries, and we feel as though we owe them something and they are allowed in.....many illegal immigrants are repatriated, but not enough. You sound very harsh....maybe it will come to that here one day....but British People have always been welcoming and a refuge from oppression, but of course it is now taken advantage of.

if we were to break teh law of a foreign land, we would be deported, after we'd served out our sentence...

for some reason, these people who break our laws, and its not simply motoring offences, are given 50 quid out of the poor box and asked not to do it again... WRONG...

they arrive here destitute and homeless, we give them the gold key to paradise and they spit in our face and decry our culture and history as being oppressive and restrictive...

i say if they break the law, we deport them, as slave labour to the Falkland Isles... it has a military airstrip, and regular flights to service the garrison... and there aint NO escape... 5 or 10 years on the shovel and send em back to whatever shithole they escaped from.. the illegals would soon dissapear...

but itll never happen, our government has forgotten what its like to have balls...

They cant be removed as it would bean infringement of their human rights and they know this, all they have to do is kick up a fuss and say '' but what about my human rights''!!!!

Because of the false pride this county has in its sense of fairness.
