No I don't think so - but then again I wear the same thing every day and as long as its clean and pressed I am fine - but that's a uniform, just like yours. Its what you do while your at work that important.

People are way too hung up on clothes. You've put together a uniform that works well for just about everything, good for you! I work at a school where the super loves to dress up so everyone else should too, she's not really popular right now. Dress says nothing about how smart you are, case in point our current president, you can dress him up in expensive suits but it has not effect on his brain, or lack there of!

When I was at my last job, I wore blue jeans and a white t-shirt every day. Thats all I ended up ever wearing. That way I always knew what I was going to wear. I didn't have to fuss...after all I wasn't walking the cat walk, I was just doing my job. In my closet, I had 10 prs of blue jeans and about 30 white t shirts. Thats it.

it really isn't important at all. you're at work. as you said, as long as you're within the dress code and you're clean, i don't understand why people care so much.
i even get it outside of work. everyone seems so bothered by the fact that i wear jeans and some tank top or t-shirt every day. what does it matter to everyone else? i'm comfortable.

You should try varying the white shirts. Try black shirts, even a black quality T shirt. Get some plain but coloured shirts, mauves, blues etc. Ask the ladies at work for their opinion as well.
Also check your haircut. You should be clean shaven as well.

It is important to me to spend time figuring out what I am going to wear to work. I really dont care what other people wear. I have to have a WOW outfit on almost every day.

People are shallow and think that the "clothes make the man." We live in a world consumed by the appearance of others rather than who the appear to be.

No, its not, my boss once told us, as long as we don't pitch up naked or in pj's he couldn't care less and that should also be no problem for our clients. If you are comfy with what you are wearing, you are in a better mood and give better service to clients and they remember you for being friendly.
