When it involves whites, it isn't ALWAYS a hate crime. That's just what people automatically think just because it's blacks and whites....and some people just like to blame someone else. In some cases though, it is a hate crime. Like that black woman who was kidnapped by 6 white people and she was beaten, forced to eat horrible things, cut, and raped. It lasted for almost a week! Now, why did those people do that? I would consider that to be a hate crime for sure.

they are about the same thing but a lot of people believe that a minority can not be racist because they possess no power it's this really long theory but it is just another way to pull races a part and its not automatically racist unless you believe it is don't let the media and the sayings of other people depict what you think but don't be blinded by racism or hate crimes either they do still happen

I think what you mean is that when blacks get in trouble people think that it's because they face racism. And when whites get in trouble people think that they have committed a hate crime.

its about the overly PC media in the US If you're a black person and you do something wrong, its because you were provoked by the white man. If you're white and you do smthing wrong, you're a racist. How about Jesse Jackson saying that punk in Lousiana who had 4 previous infractions should be let go bcs he's black... and he said that Obama was acting White.... whats that all about? And if a group of blacks say 'black power' its ok.. but if a group of whites say 'white power' they're immediately banded as KKK? Its all PC crap... sad state of affairs

It's exactly the same thing....it's just the history between the two races that still falls into old stereotypes. The same way during Hurricane Katrina the press would have pictures of white people going in Flooded grocery stores to bread and were labeled "refugees" but black people doing the same EXACT thing were "looters".

Don't ask me at the end of the day I see it that whom ever is doing the crime, it shouldn't matter about colour or race, if they are committing crimes they ALL need to be punished!

I surely have in no way seen one single case of a black guy or woman being charged with a hate crime. even nonetheless blacks dedicate 50 situations extra crimes against whites than any incorrect way around.

Being "racist" isn't a crime, acting on it is. That's the distinction.

i don't see the difference
but i do know 1st hand that there's a disadvantage to being black when dealing with the law
if jury members were blind folded alot of outcomes would be different- i know it and you know it to
