He (or she) gets really bitchy about once a month, never leaves the toilet seat up and I saw a tampon string in the garbage the other day. I'm really starting to wonder...how do I bring this up? Should I even bother? Does it even matter? Or should I be pissed that he (she) lied to me about having a penis? This is so stressful and I don't know what to do!

it shouldn't matter, if it is true, then he is doing whatever he needs to do to be comfortable in his own skin. if you bring it up its only going to make him uncomfortable in his own house. that's the last place someone wants to feel like that. If you found out it was true would it change your relationship? if it wouldn't leave it alone. and when and if he decides to tell you. let it be on his time because he finds you a good enough friend to let in.
