The scarecrow.
Everyone thinks he's stupid, but in reality is very clever. IN fact, brilliant.
Besides I'm too big to be in the Lollipop Gang!!
There is a little of each character in all of us....Tin Man, the Cowardly Lion, Scarecrow etc.
By the way, this was the very BEST movie ever made, no exceptions!!
By the way, the Good Witch was from the North.
The Wicked Witch of the East was under the house.
This movie is all about friendship and loyalty to your friends, and the triumph of good over bad.
It is my favorite movie of all time.
Oh If I Only Had Brain!

Auntie Em because she didn't have an alter ego in Oz like many of the other Kansas characters because she was seen as too important to Dorothy's well-being to require a substitute personality. I believe that's how my children see me. I always aim for being the rock that they can come home to. I pray and hope that I've been successful.

I would be Dorothy...walking through a world that confuses me, not really sure where I'm going or what I'll accomplish when I get there...but still finding reasons to hold peoples hand and skip down the path singing.

From the very first time I saw that movie, to the endless recycling of the same, I thought of one thing: hey, this girl can sing, and why are they so poor when they have a star in their midst? It always bugged me that nobody noticed how good a singer she was. So...I would be the character that was cut from the movie--the one who discovers Dorothy's talent and spares everyone the bother.

I would be The Yellow Brick Road.
Why?
Because I believe we are all on the journey and I would encourage people to walk along my road.
Not that I have it right.
But it's a good road and right for me and my friends.
