i am buying a laptop and i really want to find out the best opsion for me.

i know that they have 2 chip or something, but what is the differents between core duo and Core 2 duo

Yes there is such a thing as a Core Duo, second time that guy has given out bad information. The Core 2 Duos are newer and faster, they are both dual core.

there is no such thing as a core duo

its intel core 2 duo (basically 2 processors in one)

or intel core 2 quad (basically 4 processors in one)
