Do the underwear makers KNOW people are gonna fart in them? Probably, I am sure they realize that some people also pee their pants, and numerous other bodily secretions make contact with underwear. I don't think it is particularly embarrassing for the company, but possibly for the people farting.

They dont care what you do in them. they are mostly concerned with getting the money you pay for them
