Not to be confused with the "orgasmatron" which is a fictional device in the fictional future society of 2173 in the Woody Allen movie Sleeper. It is a large cylinder big enough to contain one or two people. Once entered, it contains some (otherwise undescribed) future technology that rapidly induces orgasms.

Or are you referring to the ThrillHammer machine as described in the book, 'One Hand Jerking: Reports from an Investigative Satirist' by Paul Krassner?

Reminded me of the movie Barbarella. The villain, Duran Duran (yes, that's where the band got their name from...) encloses Barbarella in this machine that supposedly kills people via too many orgasms. It sounds like what the machine could have been called.
