The 60's didnt suck and there was plenty to do and great music. Why need drugs?

turn that the other way round - the 60's were so great because so many people took drugs and escaped the actual reality!! :)

Thats what made it great,but in those days we knew how to say no,I dont have to use it 24-7,and we had the willpower (and flower power)not to use harder drugs,I"ve been a "smoker2 for over 30yrs,I would never dream of touching it during the day,nor overdoing it if I"m working nxt day,it helps me sleep through my arthritis,but I don"t get parnoid or suicidal if I have"nt got any.We can"t make it legal,because a lot,not all,of the youth of today,have got no spunk,yeah they can kickass with their mates after too much drugs and stella,but don"t like the real world,and notice I don"t apply this to all youngsters out there.

The drugs they took in those days were not hard drugs that ruin life like the ones of today, still no excuse for drug taking but they didn't bash old ladies on the head for their handbags in those day like they do now.

The sixties probably sucked, which is why so many people took mund altering substances, which would also explain why everyone thought that the sixties were great. They were too far off their t!ts to realise!

Thats why the younger generation thought it was great, but it wasnt like it is now,
it was flower power and make love not war, not shoot that kid and stick a knife in that person!!!!
