I am an Englishman living on the Island of Cebu in the Philippines, it is currently 9:06am on Sunday 23rd September. We are eight hours ahead of GMT.
It is a bright sunny day, and a strong breeze is blowing in off of the sea some eighty metres away. The coconut palm fronds are dancing to the passing wind. A normal day here in the tropics.

It's 5.35pm (3 hours ahead of GMT) and I've finished work for the week. It's windy and cool on Réunion Island, between Madagascar and Mauritius in the Indian Ocean. Paradise Island, nasty traffic jams though.
